(Atlanta,GA./Charlotte, NC) Aug. 02, 2011
- Amped 4-A-Cure, Inc. is pleased to announce that we have been chosen as the Official Charity of Choice for The Konnected Tour.

Amped 4-A-Cure, Inc. uses the Universal language of music to raise awareness and funds for Cancer Research, Prevention and Early Detection.

A4AC offers a variety of programs that have already been successfully implemented. One such program that is proving to be extremely successful is our "Music That Heals Program".  With the help from the School of Rock Charlotte and other musicians like Jazz Ensemble "5th & York" and DTP Recording Artist, Rudy Currence this program has been a shining success, touching the lives of the kids of the Levine Children's Hospital, The Presbyterian Hemby Children's Hospital with upcoming dates for the Jeff Gordon Children's Hospital.

So when The Konnected Tour asked us to be a part, we only saw fit to say yes.  What better way to help spread our message than to be part of a magnificent musical tour.
The Konnected Tour is a 12 City Tour throughout the Southeast. They will travel to 12 cities in search of one contestant to win an all expenses and lodging paid spot on an upcoming tour.  Auditions kicked off on June 8th, 2011.  "This is a great opportunity for up and coming artist to gain exposure and have an opportunity to gather more fans and have their music heard", says Tour Creator/Organizer Kevan.
