Dreaming Out Loud

Author N. Alexzander Smith

Chello world!

I know its been a good long minute since I've blogged about anything, and for good reason. I've been working my tail off on writing and doing radio interviews and also preparing for my first live interview! So let me start from the beginning of my fast track to becoming a NY Bestselling Author.

Robert Wesley Branch

I'm on Twitter under@Nalexzsmith and I came across @RobertWesleyB Twitter page and began to view his radio show, The Robert Wesley Branch Show on YouTube back in April 2011. His program ranged from topics of self-awareness, acceptance and remaining true to yourself by speaking the truth. I thank Robert for blessing me to be a guest on such a wonderful and positive show. Check out his show, you will never be disappointed!

My interview aired on Oct 22, 2011 and it was a huge success! These 30mins flew by so fast and I was really happy to be on here. I was so pumped up and you may not here it in my voice but I had a grin on my face the size of Texas! Here are Parts 1&2 of my interview for you to view:

Now, thanks to this interview I was extended an invitation to be on  The Stan Watson Show by its co-host, Kenya Edwards aka Redd Angel

on 11-15-11 at 730pm EST here in Atlanta, GA. One lucky call in winner will receive an autographed copy of my special edition, Nobody's Fool: Double Trouble So call 770-559-2999 on 11-15-11 for your chance to win!

Sorry, this show is only being broadcast on Comcast. However, it will be uploaded to YouTube and I will keep you updated once that happens.

Also, I'm working on a special project to get my book to more outlets and will keep you posted on that. Thank you all for the prayers by Facebook through my Author N. Alexzander Smith Fan Page, or by your Tweets on my Twitter page, @Nalexzsmith. It means a lot to me and gives me strenghth when I'm typing in the wee hours of the night.

Finally, my positive thought for you reading this:  Dreams are meant to be lived in reality not in your mind. Stop pushing off your destiny, calling or whatever and start walking towards making it a reality.

This time last year I finally stopped making excuses and committed to making my dream of being a writer a reality. Each step I made since then is opening more doors and getting me one step closer to my breakthrough. I'm not going to lie, this journey has made me doubt my audacity and question my sanity.

However, each time I hit a road block, I learned that lesson and kept moving forward. Writing is my passion and it gives my soul satisfactions each time I do it. I love the creative process and love reading other works of other authors and poets.

Never limit yourself and underestimate your God given abilities. You are destined to be more than what your haters can imagine. I said this on my Facebook and Twitter yesterday (11-13-11): Never lower yourself to meet the expectations of others. You will always find yourself submitting yourself to kiss the ass you should be kicking.

Thank you for reading my blog! Share it and post and and spread the word. You find your passion and start living your dreams in reality.

Stay sexy fantastic and be blessed.

Forever True
N. Alexzander Smith
